To succeed with us, you will need:

• Training as an IT specialist in system integration, a comparable qualification, a degree, or equivalent hands-on experience in IT system administration.

• Proven track record in systematically troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues, with strong prioritization skills.

• Experience administering Windows, Linux, and macOS, plus solid knowledge of hybrid IT environments (e.g. M365, Intune, Azure, Exchange Online).

• Proficiency in working with LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, and related technologies.

• Willingness to share cross-functional knowledge, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional attitude towards colleagues and external contacts.

• Self-motivation, openness to new technologies, and a commitment to continuously improving processes.

• Excellent German and strong English skills.

• Design and implement modern IT architectures (on-premises and cloud).

• Administration and operation of our hybrid infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft 365.

• Troubleshoot and analyze errors across Windows, Linux, and macOS with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Management of network environments, including firewalls, virus scanners, and spam filtering

• Handle incidents and service requests, serving as a point of contact for external service providers.
