To succeed with us, you will need:

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, a comparable qualification, a degree, or practical experience in IT system administration.
• Proven ability to systematically troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems, with strong prioritization skills.
• Experience in administering Windows, Linux, and Mac systems, along with solid knowledge of hybrid IT environments (e.g., M365, Intune, Azure, Exchange Online).
• Proficiency in working with LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, and related technologies.
• Willingness to share cross-functional knowledge, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional attitude towards colleagues and external contacts.
• Self-motivation, openness to new technologies, and a commitment to continuously improving processes.
• Very good proficiency in both German and English.

Exciting tasks:

• Design and implementation of modern IT architectures (on-premises and cloud).
• Administration and operation of our hybrid infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft 365.
• Solution-oriented troubleshooting and systematic error analysis across Windows, Linux, and Mac environments.
• Management of network environments, including firewalls, virus scanners, and spam filtering
• Handling incidents and service requests, as well as acting as an interface with external service providers.
