To be successful with us, you need:

• Completed training or a degree – or you convince us with your experience and portfolio

• Top-notch video editing skills (cutting, motion, sound) – ideally also experience in filming and in developing concepts for short-form videos

• Proven experience creating high-performing video ads with a strong focus on attention, hooks, and conversions.

• A creative eye for storytelling, trends & viral formats

• Solid command of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro & After Effects) and openness to new tools & AI
